I'm sorta of new this program(used along with dvd2kvcd), but I have never done it manually

I already have made script made by moviestacker

Load it in tmpeg

Selected video only and load kvcd template

Then I opened cqmatic

I looked for project, loaded in

And gives me error that it must saved in text format?

I changed it ext to .txt put that even work.

Any suggestions thx in advance all

You can't change the extension to .TXT
You must SAVE the project as a .TXT file.

NO
When you save your project, click on the "Save type" arrow, and there you will see: TMPGEnc Text project(*.tpr)

The link is in the DVD2KVCD forum.

i think misunderstanding question

I made a .tpr with tmpeg

I loaded it with cqmatic

It gave me error that must be saved in .txt format

I fiqured to change .ext to txt cause tpr was not working

So let me rephrase, how do I make my .tpr work it keeps giving me "must be saved in text format" error

Just re-read kwag's latest post.
You have to save the project as a text project in TMPGEnc before you import your text-project into cqmatic.

Well if you read my post I did save .tpr I got from tmpgenc

And I tried to load project into cqmatic(made by tmpenc) and it gives "save as text project"

Uhh.. no I understand fine(save project .tpr made by tmpeg and load it in to cqmatic.

Might simple for you, but someone that hasn't done it manually it can be tricky

No
I've read your post. Please read our posts again...
You have to save it as TMPGEnc Text project file in TMPGEnc, nothing else
Open TMPGEnc, click save as, select filetype TMPGEnc text project file and save your file.

Hi,
Seriously we are not kidding you:
To save your project, goto File > Save Project (or Ctrl+S);
A new "Save As..." window will appear;
Now for the tricky part, click on the "Save type" combo box arrow, and there you
will see TMPGEnc project(*.tpr) and TMPGEnc Text project(*.tpr) and All files(*.*);
Choose TMPGEnc Text project(*.tpr)
And don't forget to name the project
Happy encodings

Damn thx rds I think I would be here all week trying to finish this!

I didn't know that there was 2 options tmpeg and tmpeg text(both have the same freaking ext).

Oddly enough I got dvd2kvcd to get working again, but I think this info will be useful since gonna try encode with cqmatic alone and test results.

thx all i didn't understand ya'll cause you kept on saying save tmpeg text project and I didn't get the difference cause you didn't mention the other tmpeg project was different my bad
