Whenever I load audio or video even before I select files or it brings up the window to select a file it crashes.
Using Different compatablities doesnt help ethier.
Why dont the Tmpegenc files just include sound options anyways?
Whats the point up muxing in the sound?

Hi and welcome ...

... please do look a bit in the KVCD guides as there is everything explained and there you will understand what you asked for.

Thanks

Hi Clessy
We encode video with the best (so far) video encoder out there for output in MPEG1 or MPEG2.
It is obvious that we would choose the best encoder out there for MPEG2 output also, right?
And since TMPGEnc is poor for encoding audio we strongly advise you to use either HeadAC3he or BeSweet.
After encoding audio and video, mux them with the best muxer out there that is bbMpeg or maybe mplex that is based on bbMpeg.
As you can see we are only working with the best products in order to produce the best backups
Happy encodings

I've moved on to mplex. It just there was nothing posted in the encoding section for it so I figured BBmpeg was the only choice in this matter.

You can either use tmpegnc to multplixer ! See in file menu (mpeg tools).

Note: your problem with bbmpeg is probably that bug tied to winXP. you have to search on the net a winXP version of bbmpeg.
