TMPGEnc Gives Error on Exit

When I close Tmpgenc it always gives an error.
This is pretty annoying because I use Tok now.
Can somebody help me?

What's tmpgenc version?
Does it happen when you aren't using tok?
What if you start tmpg and reset current project and try to close it. Does it still happen?

Hi probably not it but do you have the readavs.dll installed, i would get an error(not that one) everytime i closed tmpge in the beginning
