Is there a method of taking an older 2 disc VCD movie and ripping it to turn it into a KVCD using the MA script?

Never use MA script on other things that clean DVD sources.

a=directshowsource("part1.mpg").killaudio()
b=directshowsource("part2.mpg").killaudio()
a++b
BlindPP(cpu=4)
Blockbuster(method="noise",detail_min=1,detail_max =3,variance=0.1,seed=1)
Convolution3D(1, 6, 12, 6, 8, 2.8, 0)
GripCrop(WIDTH, HEIGHT, overscan=1, source_anamorphic=false)
GripSize(resizer="LanczosResize")
Undot()
TemporalSoften(2,7,7,3,2)
DCTFilter(1,1,1,1,1,1,0.5,0)
#Blockbuster(method="noise",detail_min=1,detail_ma x=10,variance=0.3,seed=5623)
GripBorders()

From the looks of the script the two mpegs are joined together? What then happens to the audio? I'm a bit confused by the killaudio part.

I think he means: "how can I join both audio parts?"

Wow I guess we all have a grasp the obvious.

Obviously the audio is killed, how do I join the audio and mux it back together?

At a command prompt, type: copy /b audio1.mp2 + audio2.mp2 audioSum.mp2
(After you have extracted them, of course )

NightHawke - Can you explain to us how you did it? Like a step by step guide here based on your experiences? I've tried loading that script into movie stacker, but as my source files are mpg1's it isn't accepting it. ANd I don't know what to do next

This proces of conversion is taking me sooo long its driving me nuts. I'm still trying figure out how to do all this and its so frustrating.[/IMG]

I'm no good at scripts,i'm still cutting and pasting according to the posts here. So Kway where exactly in the script do I stick the audio1.mp2 + audio2.mp2 in? I don't mind if you start telling me off because I have made quite alot of posts regarding this subject, because I haven't had many responses yet, so am getting quite desperate.

You open a command prompt, and at the C: prompt, you change to the directory where you have your files, and then you type: "copy /b audio1.mp2 + audio2.mp2 audioSum.mp2"
