KVCD: separating the Audio won't work?

I have recently tried converting to kvcd for the first time, and it worked perfect the first time, after that I am having problems, I am foolowing the directions on this page here: http://www.kvcd.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5769 and now when I try to separate the Audio, it won't work, tmpgenc goes through all the steps, yet when it is finished, i try to play the audio and there is none there, what could I be doing wrong and is there any other ways of doing this, I have been trying this for days and I am getting really frustrated, CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE??????
