KVCD: Optimal script or ma script?

Just a question on 'Dialhot's reply on using the ma script, what exactly is this, i usually use the optimal script from kwag. And the code u gave me

'Blockbuster(method="noise",detail_min=1,detail_ma x=10,variance=0.3,seed=5623)'

can u use it in kwag's optimal script and if so do i just insert it into any part of the script or do i have to do it specfically in one spot. What is this blockbuster?

Thanks, sorry guys about my lack of knowledge on this, as i have just started using scripts and not very confindent in this field yet.

I asked the same question a while back.

The Optimal script and MA script are one and the same

Not sure what you're adding the Blockbuster line for as the MA script works well enough on it's own, unless your encoding an AVI in which case you should be using one of Dialhot's scripts instead of the MA script.

No in fact he is doing Nemo and had problems with block in underwater scenes. That is why a told him to add this line.

I forgot to mention where it has to be : just before the Gripborders (or Addborders) line, whatever the script you are using.

Thanks Phil.

I'll bear that in mind if ever I have an encoded film with blocks :)
