Encoding: Video length vs audio length?
 
sorry i did not know where else to post this thread
which are good programs for telling you how long a video stream is m2v or mpg2 by milliseconds and seconds (a precise reading)
and audio streams mp2 wav ect

You can open .m2v ( or other mpeg-2 streams ) with ReMPEG2, and once you open the file, go to the main tab, and there you'll see the file information. It gives you the play time in seconds.
