Does anyone know of a good tool that will cut and mpeg one stream and then I can join it together again afterwards.I have a movie that for the first 12mins is out of synch with audio.I can use tmpeg to cut the 1st 12 mins no problem but trying to cut the second part of the movie causes tmpeg to crash so would lie and idea of how to cut a mpeg1 sream and then join it back together.
