KVCD: Templates at 29.97 or 23.976 Frame Rate?

In the motion search precision block changing from Normal to High Quality add about what % to file size using KVCDX2 1-CD plate?

I always feed your templates a 29.97 rate, and your plate always uses 23.976. Is this proper use of the plate, or should I change to 23.976
first with a frame converter?

You encode at 29.97 only if your source is 29.97. Don't encode at 23.976 if the source is 29.97. Only if the souce is an original FILM shot at 24fps. You have to Inverse Telecine your source in order to encode at 23.976, the default on all KVCD template. Read and search the forum on topics "Inverse Telecine"
