Hi guys let mew say first that i had no idea where to put this so i put it here.

I know how to cut the credits out of an avi but how do you do it using a dvd.

Hi bigggt,

You can do it with DVD2AVI, or even better, use DVDShrink.
You can use DVDShrink as your ripper too. Just set it to backup your movie without compression, and cut the start and/or end credits, and it will create your VOBs with your custom re-authored sections cut out.
Then use DVD2AVI to create your project file (.d2v), and everything else is as usual
