TMPGEnc: video encoding black, picture missing

hello im new here but not kind of new to tmpgenc. Everytime i try to encode a movie it encodes the whole movie but at the top of tmpgenc its says 49percent done. Its suppose to be 100percent . After it encodes the whole movie it just go black then starting encoding black. I wish i could give you screenshots of my problem. I think my problem is that i download tmogenc so much, i think they banned me from using it correct or something. CAn somebody please help me.? I think if i clean out my register with tmpgenc i can use tmpgenc correctly.By the Way i tried different version of tmpgenc and sttill the same problem. I tried changing the settings to the settings i have on my other computer that have tmpgenc and still had the same problem.CAn somebody please help me?thanxx    :o

Couple of things to try.

What are you encoding from, DVD rip, .avi, capture?

Load your video source into VDub and scroll to the end, is the runtime correct ?

I have had this problem before, and it was caused by my DVD2AVI project file. I re-ran it, and everything was Ok, no need to re-install TMPGEnc etc. :)

Hi,

If I remeber correctly, I had this problem when I directly convert a avi with VBR audio.
To correct this, just go in Settings/Advanced/source Range, and select all the movie.

How do i completely get rid of tmpgenc on my computer so i can have a fresh start with a new tmpgenc?.......thanks you guys really much who responded
