hi i'm new to this but i opened my avi file in virtual dub and it tells me that the audio is 24000 hz but in tmpeg the lowest i can go is 32000hz..I'm using tmpeg plus 2.58..how do i get it down to 24000? I'm trying to make mp2

First of all don't encode audio with TMPG (realy bad way).
Demux audio under VD, and encode with BeSweet (HeadAC3 is one of gui).
