how to convert Vcd to kvcd?

I have a couple of older style 2 disc vcd's that I made more than a year ago.

Is there a good way to actually join these together and convert to kvcd for one disc?

Perhaps in reading a little the forum ? There are a lot of threads having the same subject you use. And everything is explained in them.
