TMPGEnc: video quality very bad, avi/mp2 to mpeg1
 

hi guys i converted my wav to mp2 in headac3he and my ogm to avi in goldwav. now that i use tmpeg to make the mpeg1 vcd video it is soo bad, i cant even see what is going on in the video thats how bad it is. i have mpeg 2.521 and my processor speed is 550mhz. can u please tell me the apropriate vidoe setting which boxes should be checked and which ones shouldn't. all i need to do is get my video right and after that iam ready to burn it for my dvd player.
