KVCD: Encoding videos, but video not smooth?
 

Ive just started using the kvcd template 352 288 pal and have already encoded 3 films (1 from d1vx and 2 svcds) and have no trouble encoded and am quite happy with results execpt for one thing and thats the smoothness of the video.

I have been using cq of at least 75 on all films but it seems to myslef they r not very smooth. Its quite hard to explain but sometimes it appears to dropping frames and instead of runing smoothly it is choppy.

Does anyone know why this could be thanks!
