Convert .asf to VCD or KVCD?

How do i do this? I'm not familiar with .asf. I'm not to concerned about quality i just want to convert it to watch on my TV as quick as possible without it looking to terrible.

Do you use AviSynth.
With the DirectShowSource() you can load it and set some Filter. Perhaps you can post some pics to find out what's the best filter for it.

If you don't use AviSynth. Join the Film in TMPGEnc with a higher Qualiy Resolution than your Film and its look a bit cleaner and homogener.
