Alien...I used the original KVCD NTSC template with no changes.
But...There was one scene that I had some skips...

If I use 29.97fps would it improve??
My player still skips when playing the KVCD 352x240, 23.976 fps & CQ 80.
Would using 29.97fps improve it?

I don't understand when I'm supposed to use 23.976fps or 29.97fps.

Skipping does go away on my APEX 1000 and 1500 when using the 29fps. However, the file size increases ALOT. I thought someone here said 20+%.

If I remember, use the 3:2 pulldown option when converting to 23 from 29. Question: if original is 23fps, do you still need to use the pulldown?

You will find the quality of the newest PLUS templates to be amazing!
