I don't had read all thread so excuseme if I miss something, but you can burn until 819 MB in 1CD80 if recorder support overburn. VCDEasy can burn it, like Nero.
You need set VCDEasy to perform overburn. If VCDEasy log tells you that image has <= 79.57 min, you can burn it without overburn.
