QuEnc & KVCD
 
For PAL KVCD or KSVCD, what are the correct settings in QuEnc?

- Checked "Notch" matrix KVCD? What means "Notch"?
- GOP = 25?
- Max B-Frames: 2?
- Checked Force Closed GOP?
- Bitrate is average bitrate (with Calcumatic)?
- Use Trellin Quant?
- AVySynth script can be any script, included MA script?
