As you mean the console commandline version:

Its included in the DVDauthor package.
Maybe you already got DVDauthor downloaded to your disk as Vmesquita pointet to that a few weeks ago in the DVD authoring section in here?

I would like to but on that www space Im already offering these mencoder/player packages. So its a matter of Traffic, and if you dont mind, have alook for lycos.es or somewhere else as to have an an own free webspace thats never bad

I used mplex from command line but it shift audio from 128 to 352 and from 44100 to 22050.
I think i must use - L option but i don't know what values give to it.
Does somebody can help me?

No muxer can do that.
Check the sources you muxed again.

You are right. It is just a "bug" of AVICodec, program with I saw mpg info.
AVICodec gives me that information, no matter I mux with mplex or bbmpeg. If I demux mpeg file, it give me a right mp2.
