Hi

I have the two towers extended edition (all 3 1/2 hrs worth). Has anyone tried to convert it to a one disc kvcd? If so was it worth it?

Maybe with audio as low as 64kps?

As Phil said
But if you insist, then use 64Kbps audio, video MIN bitrate of 64Kbps (if your standalone supports it), and MAX bitrate of 1,150Kbps.
And use 352x240(28 maximum resolution.
You should then obtain about the same quality of a VCD, and it should fit on one CD.

Maybe this thread is of some use:

I wouldn't try squeezing the movie on one disc though it might be fun to watch
