I encoded a film using Telecide() Decimate() and the video after some time just starts jumping.

In Dvd2avi it showed as Film Progressive.
So i just save the project and used Telecide to bring it back to 23.976fps.

What could the problem be?

Send a message via ICQ to incredible
If DVD2avi tells you "Progressive" - (! be safe by previewing fast motion parts using the slider below in DVD2avi !)

.. then choose in DVD2AVI "Force Film" and do NOT apply Telecide() or decimate() in your script later as the stream which comes out of DVD2AVI then IS 23.976 already.
