I encoded some animated material in mencodeME with the optimal script and makeAVIs. (I had to take out gripcrop and exchange it with bicubicresize) The video encodes fine apart from a message at the beginning of the video that only appears for a frame or two "Warhing: Nothing to output, bframe decoder lag"

I'm a relative newbie, so don't be too harsh, but any idea what could be causing this?

This generally happens with XVid encoded stuff and it's a XVid decoder problem...

How do I go about fixing it? Download a new codec? Or am I stuck?
