I have been using the value of "0" for forced mux rate when muxing KVCD-Plus. I just re-encoded "Black Hawk Down" with the NEW kvcd-plus (Max bitrate=2500, 12CQ), I used "0" again when muxing with bbMpeg, there are some jerky points (although, it was not that many, it was only a fer points). I have checked the original "m1v" video stream, it was fine (checked the same places where final mpeg had problem). Do I have to use the default value for "forced mux rate"? By the way, what is it (forced mux rate)?
