KVCD: 100 Minutes and Quality?

Hi, I wanna burn 100 minutes of video on 2 800 MB CD's. I used KVDx2-2CD (PAL) which worked fine , but the mpeg's got about 1200 MB and therefor 400 MB (2 CDs 800 MB each) are not used. Now, I want to use these 400 MB to improve quality. What template should I use to use all 1600 MB? Or waht adjustments should I do withinh KVCDx2-2CD to achieve thies?
