Hello!
I need the help of you, my friends.
Suddenly, my kvcds have image problems.
Many shades and DCT blocks.
Before there weren't such problems.
My kvcds used to be very nice.
I reinstalled my windows XP, I only installed the new Xvid, I removed some filters again in my script, I changed my TMPGEnc version etc...
I used optimized script ...
I tried everything.
Opening my script in the VD, scanning frame the frame, I see no problems. I always used VOBs as source.
I would like to post screenshots, but I don't know how to do it.
Help me please.
Thanks a lot.
* It forgives, my English and of google

Hard to understand this sentence as "nao" is not a english word.

Do you mean that doing this you don't have any default on the picture ?

He means that after opening his script in VD and scanning frame-by-frame, there's no problems.

Ok I was so focused on the "nao" part that I missed the "scan frame-by-frame" one :-°

I was affraid that his encoding was working with a frameser and not directly

@zakimart
Did you check the min and max bitrate of the video in tmpgenc ?

The best it to download again the KVCD template and restart from them.

Did you changed the configuration of the display into the panel config of windows ? Set it to true color (best / 32 bits).

-> The problem is also on your TV or only on the PC ?

That is not your problem here.

What source are you doing ? Can't you redo an old one to see if there is REALLY a problem or if it come from the last sources you did ?

-> did you check in tmpgenc VFAPI tab taht you DON'T use dorecshow filter but readAVS ?

In the truth, I never configured this part in the TMPGEnc...
I configured at this moment, as it indicates post :

Dialhot,
Thank you again.
With configuration correct of the TMPGEnc, the problems had disappeared.

You're welcome.

NOTE FOR ALL AUDIENCE : This toppic is the perfect reason why directshowsource should be never used !

Behavior is unpredictable. Keep that in mind...
