kvcd shorter than original movie time?

Yeah, well I've just been reading up on the kvcd format and etc. followed darkprinces guide and have had some success creating kvcd files ;).

However the file I just converted was a DiVX at 640x320, reencoded with the kvcdx3 template, using tmpgenc and moviestacker, reccomended scripts etc.

The movie came out ok, but for some reason it's gone from being a 24 min file to a 16:30 one?? all the frames seem to be still there, but it seems to randomly speed up, not always in the same place though. im confused :/

sorry for the truble I'm sure this is a painfully obvious thing, im just a bit lost with all this fancy talk of prediction and quantization matrices etc :p
