how to convert a .bin file to a kvcd mpeg?

i was wondering if anyone had a simple guide that tells how to convert a .bin file to a kvcd mpeg. I have all the tools , tmpgenc, dvd2avi, vcdgear etc. just wondering how to do a basic conversion. SVCD to KVCD
