Problemas con el TMPGEnc 3.0 Xpress con el XVID

resulta que no puedo pasar a mpg los AVIs que estan con XVID me da el sgte error 0x80048002.- El problema es que todos los videos que tengo estan con este codec XVID y es un fastidio pasarlos a DIVX para poder encodearlos

cual sera el problema ocupo el FSDSHOW pero el codec del Xvid tengo instalado la ultima version tengo el TMPGen la version 3.0.4.24 vi que salio una nueva version pero no se si arregla este problema
