dans gop structure doit-on cocher detect scene change?

pour des dessins animés doit-on changer max number of frames in gop?

il me semble avoir lu ça qque part mais je ne le retrouve pas...

Oui. Reduire a 15 pour du PAL et 18 pour du NTSC.
