Hehe
clickit is talking about his national soccer team - > Greece
They won the match against France today and France is the current European Champion team from the Euro2000.
It's the 1st or 2nd time Greece is playing in the Euro Championship Finals and they've already clinched the semi-finals
They beat the crap out of Portugal in the 1st match, then they tied with Spain and went to loose with the Russians thus qualifying to the quarter-finals.
Now they've beat the crap out of "La France" who won the World Cup in 98 and won the Euro Cup in 2k.
Thank god we're (Portugal) playing against the Dutch or the Swedish although I think it's going to seem like mission impossible to us against any of those teams too.
Thinking that yesterday we had a big party all night long because we won against England, I can only imagine what will happen tonight in Greece.
Go for it clickit drink a couple of beers for me
Cheers

I was yesterday in the City at 23 a clock and if france was the winner it's very quiet but Greece is the winner and you can hear through the hole city honks. Very loud!!!

But better greece then france.

HI guys being in Canada Soccer(football) is not very popular here but being a big sports fan i always see how popular soccer is around the world.

I am not a fan but to have 2 pretty big upsets over the past few days is pretty cool, unless you are a fan of one of the teams that got upset

Hi bigggt,
Don't get me wrong
By saying that Greece beat the crap out of France I don't mean that I liked it turned out that way.
I mean, I cheer for Portugal only, and for nice fair games like Sweden vs Holland today.
And I must say that I would love the Euro Cup to have more matches.
Do you imagine the amount of magical players that have already headed back home like Zidane, Beckham, Ballack, etc...
It's a shame that some of them only played 3 matches...
That was a very interesting game .
Now Portugal plays against Holland next wednesday and I'm already chewing my figer tips
Maybe this time I get to see Kluivert playing along side with Van Nistelroy.
That would be something
Cheers
