Jorel buddy take a chill pill you will feel much better, and you know I say this with all my heart.

Phil and Inc. gave you their opinion, which is what you ask for. In my view their opinion is as valid as any other, as they are senior mods and they know about video conversion just like the best of you guys. (That is why they are senior mods).

I know you feel alone sometimes, but do not worry everyone is here to help, and sometimes all of us will not see "eye to eye" with you but that is ok as long as we treat each other with respect.

That said,

Karl already took care of what Prodater wrote, now lest wait for Pro to answer.

Karl also took care of the mods privileges things, because we need all the mods to work together and with each other, not against, they all need to be informed and make informed decisions, and I'm happy to say he finally agree to let Pro into the mods forum, so he knows what is going on with all the other mods.
People lets all work together and be cool, you have been doing this for the longest time, lets not stop now Thank you

I've changed many moderator permissions, and I will also add several more moderators to selected areas (excluding this one)

And now, I'm thinking about something, to avoid ANY future disagreements.

I'm thinking about doing a cleanup of messages here in this forum, yes the moderators forum (from almost every post, except the rules), and we can start FRESH with adding ALL the current moderators of this site, to this area.
The reason: ALL moderators will be able to SEE what's going on, and we can avoid issues like what happened when Prodater posted, because he wasn't aware of situations, and also, this will keep everyone informed on the goals we are after.
This communication is necessary, because right now, communications are broken between moderators. Some of them don't have a clue as to what to do.

Feel free to post your opinions about this, becuause I think it's very necessary.

Alguns já estiveram inclusivamente preocupados com o teu bem estar e saude pois sabemos perfeitamente que passas dias sem dormir de volta do forum.
Acredita que tanto eu, como o Andrej, como o Phil, como o Boulder, não esquecendo o Karl e a Mercy (que somos quem tem falado mais contigo ultimamente), queremos que estejas connosco e que tenhas sempre a certeza do nosso apoio.
Acontece que às vezes há coisas que só o Karl ou a Mercy podem decidir.
Nós os moderadores apenas podemos dar a nossa opinião e é o que nós os teus verdadeiros amigos sempre temos feito.
Eu voltei ao forum de moderadores apenas para o encontrar com os mesmos problemas que me levaram a sair.
É impossivel vêr-vos a tratarem-se desta maneira.
Peço-te que revejas a thread por inteiro e que encontres alguem que esteja contra ti.
Garanto-te que não irás encontrar.
Mas no fundo se todos continuarmos com estas lutas, vai concerteza acontecer o pior: todos iremos abandonar o forum e isso é, além de extremamente injusto, um enorme desgosto para todos.
