Site crawling to a halt

Is it me, or is kvcd.net/forum crawling to a halt sporadically :?:
Please tell me about it, because if it's not me, then I think it's time to give "bluehost.com" the boot (and finger!), and move to another hosting :!:
Several days ago we had database issues, and they acknowledged it.
It took them several hours to fix it, and to me, that's unacceptable.

Thanks,
-kwag

Edit: as you can see there are eleven minutes between the two post of the same message ! That's all the time I waited with no change on the screen before to resubmit my message :?

I don't know if it is on topic but some times I send a post and a forum debug window opens, but if I go to the forum the post is already there.

Has this happened to you today :?:
This was a database issue 3 or 4 days ago, and the provider E-Mailed me saying this had been solved.

Not today, but some days ago. Also in the past I got same debug page any time.

I have never had any problems with this board and speed has always been good for me. :D

EDIT: Oh btw by speed I meant the speed of the board loading times and not speed that you put up your nose, I just read my above line and it didn't look right. :rotf:

Prodater64 10-23-2005 05:04 PM

Debug message at 18.00 hs., San Juan, Puerto Rico time.

kwag 10-23-2005 05:25 PM

Thanks Luis.
It must have been a sporadic failure at the provider.
Everything looks fine now.

Hi,

Another error right now (don't know what is the San Diego hour):

Could not query forum moderator information

DEBUG MODE

SQL Error : 1030 Got error 12 from table handler

SELECT aa.forum_id, u.user_id, u.username FROM phpbb_auth_access aa, phpbb_user_group ug, phpbb_groups g, phpbb_users u WHERE aa.auth_mod = 1 AND g.group_single_user = 1 AND ug.group_id = aa.group_id AND g.group_id = aa.group_id AND u.user_id = ug.user_id GROUP BY u.user_id, u.username, aa.forum_id ORDER BY aa.forum_id, u.user_id

Line : 221
File : index.php

Just in case there is a potential big pb in the database...

Salu2
Fabrice
