Hi rendalunit:

I am north of Baltimore, and the wind and rain just started here. I am not near the Atlantic, but I understand that Isabel is following the Cheasapeake Bay. I am about 3 miles West of the Cheasapeake bay, and we are expecting about 10 to 12 inches of rain........The eye of the storm is presently south of us, already went through Virgina Beach........
