It seems that I'm the youngest here
I'm 18, still in high school, next year I hope will be in university in Bonn, Germany, where my sister studies now law. I like girls, friends, the books of Terry Pratchett, Irvine Welsh, metal and rock music.
Cheronarph, among my favourite bands are Amorphis, Nightwish, Children of Bodom, Stratovarius, I like(d) H.I.M., and of course I listen to many other finnish bands. I wonder which ones do you like yourself
Here's a picture of me (Edlund=the third from the left)

I did that too, then returned to school and went to sleep on class
I should have posted this in my previous post: http://www.kvcd.net/villa_tropical.html

I'm 33, live in Paris, a wife, two cats, no child. But everything can change in this list

I work in computing science, mainly Unix development but I also have skills in "Digital Picture Processing" as we called it in school.

I'm 26, turning 27 in January. That bloke on the left is not me, that's Layne Staley (RIP) if you didn't already know

I'm currently studying inorganic and analytical chemistry in the university of Jyvaskyla. This _should_ be my final year although there's still a lot to do - my diploma work is currently killing me since I'm a bit lazy when it comes to that stuff

Hobbies include computers, music, movies and naturally KVCDs, lately I've been more into KDVDs though. TV captures and old VHS tape restoration's been a part of my life too lately.

I've a girlfriend, we're getting married next August, and a dog. For the last year or so I've been trying to persuade my girlfriend to accept that I'm going to get us a home theater room as soon as we'll both graduate and start thinking about building a house of our own. Looking good so far

EDIT:
Well rendalunit, I only got some photgraphic pictures of my restorated bug (shame on me) and my scanner seems to be out of order.
But anyway here you can see how "vintage bugs" do look like. I posted some Pics of cars. Some pics are very old and some from the latest international quadrinale "bad camberg" meeting in germany 2003. Great event, people and enthusiasts came from all over the world -- three owners from australia including their cars!

This is one original "split window" from 1949 a standard model just gray. Owner is a good friend of mine.

Two original "oval windows" from 1953 to 1956 model export/sunroof (more chrome and nice extras)

A nice pic from a calendar showing a convertible from 1938.

A "Hebmüller" Roadster from 1949 (a few do still exist of them around the world owned by collectors). Look it only got two seats and a very long beautiful back. You can't imagine how much it costs in a very good condition today IF you find one

And finally our all friend Ferdinand Porsche the constructeur of the Volkswagen and of course the founder of the brand "Porsche".

So rendalunit I hope this also gives you a little view of the vintage Volswagen world.
But if you come from San Jose/Ca you can see some models cause california is the state in the U.S. where most of the american VW enthusiasts live.
