Encode Master (or other people talkign german - incredible ?), can you explain me in which manner the scripts I did for avi->kvcd are now used by MVCD people ?

How did they found them ? Are they published on this fucking site ?

I never put copyright on them but for sure NEVER give any permission to these people to take these scripts.

I've post the link of your script to some MVCD user. Because the script is very good and the Quality is great. But I've said that it's your copyright. But if you say you don't want that it let it.

No, this way isokay for me. People are free to go to KVCD or MVCd forum and share their knowledge.
What I was afraid is that there was somewhere on the forum a "lastest optimal script for avi->MVCD" sticky post where all my job was given has food to pigs without any reference.
As I said, I do not put (c) on them but I spent more than 40 hours in test for the V4 only !

With this AVI-to-MVCD with your script I think it's just a missunderstood of the noods and they don't want it.

They should be exposed just as we are doing now but I think the punishment of not being able to post here is not enough.
I think they should be banned for reading too.

Don't worry DialHot.

At MVCD many things ave been changed.
I got there (and also Iam Mod there) when there the people where already using the new matrix of roc. Roc and I reassembled the new Templates.
So the board there is doing their Unique practics ... and if I or EncoderMaster do give advices to use your or Kwags scripts its just like "advertising"
I am Mod there since last Summer, ... roc and I take care to keep everything "clear" and friendly.

And thats why I was (I am) defenitely pissed of about avalon, cause he was taking you all here for fools at the MVCD CCE Thread and so on, no he "changed" like a bannar in the wind and tries to get "personal points" there as he showed this to us this weekend (link above).

Avalon comes out with guides where these guides are 80% from other people or 20% wrong .... sorry to say that, but I just talk directly like he did in here (well I try to be a bit more moderate).

- He was kicked out of doom9.de/Gleitz.de cause he presented ShrinkDVD as his co-authoring. Gleitz asked him "tricky" on what the DCT transformation bases on in ShrinkDVD but Avalon couldn't give the right answer, ... why???

- He just took Alskas DVD2SVCD Guide including MVCD Matrix values and brought it to his page as DVD2KVCD etc. guide, but still MVCD Matrix values included and in his CCE guides you still can see the 1-20-3 GOP (MVCDex-LBR)

- He did that (c) misunderstanding presentation of Rejig at MVCD forum

- And now that Qcce disaster.
As you can see in the translation of the thread above I told him, Im not interested in PN exchange quotes with Jonny, as Jonny can not read german, he just can read the english PNs of Avalon and his unreal own quotes. But if you use the translation engine of google like linked above you will understand everything.

Now I'm pissed of, as I can clean up that room there again.
Noobs there don't know whats going on and think I handle too straight, but they don't know the past (and they can't) ... and thats why very fast people begin to work with stolen or mis-copyrighted stuff, where others say "thiefs" to them.

Because Avalon want's to catch personality by doing that.
But thats not the way and will be "discovered" in the real mpeg community immideately ... as many users in here and there are members at doom9.org, gleitz.de, dvdrhelp.com etc.

And thats why I don't understand that avalon is taking me for fool as I gave him the advice already at MVCD this fall to clean up the situation in his "rejig by avalon" Thread, ... but no response from him. And that I recognise as ignorance.

Don't get me wrong but why didn't you put and end to MVCD and started a IncRocVCD or a RocIncVCD, anyway
I know and everybody knows that, just because "my parents" are thieves it doesn't mean that I have to become a thieve too, right?
Though I would have changed the name of the project just to play safe.
As to Avalon let him pay for his "crime" and don't allow him to visit neither KVCD nor MVCD
Can't we filter his Internet access so that he's only able to access his email

To me it seems that guy is a 16-year old that has no life. He tries to be cool by putting a (c) and his name under other people's work, trying to get attention, telling everyone how great their work is and how much he likes his script and so on. He always appeared kinda fake to me.
And his guides were terrible at best.

Ok renaming it? Mole haven't been there a long time.
I remember the past but also I see things in a state of now, and now its clear and I think its ok so.
I can't rename and I think as I live in germany and germany still is called germany and its totally changed and Im proud of it that every kind of people is respected now in the country where I live (silly comparison I know, but ya know what I mean) .... well I hope I get back to Venezuela one day,... that has nothing to do with respecting people in this case BUT seen in a case of warm weather!

Everybody should be proud of his country even if it has some tricky stuff in the past.
For instance once Portugal, a small country at the very western point in Europe, ruled the world along with Spain.
That's what we're told at school by the age of 5 or 6 but we're not told that by that time Portuguese people were barbarians that took villages that didn't want to become Cristians.
And when I say "took" I mean we literally destroied everything (and other things that I can only imagine) in the name of the catholic church...
When the world was at war (wwII) we didn't want to participate but we always knew which side we were going to support should we get involved...
But we are only humans and for that we make mistakes. We should, as humans learn from our mistakes and try not to repeat them.
What I mean is everybody should have a 2nd chance.
Germany had it's one and it's now a strong, proud, honest and unified nation.
You guys at MVCD had yours and I believe you are making the best out of it.
Portugal is nowadays a humble tiny country that is knowned for it's hospitality, and for it's beach.
Avalon (and some buddies) had his one but...he missed it.
As I said, I only hope this makes us stronger.
I sure wouldn't want us to start fighting ourselves.
So let's forget about Avalon and other guys and move on with our KVCD or anything else we use to backup our movies.

Nice Idea
One reason was, getting MVCD out of the bad roumors to be a "bad clone of KVCD" ..
A further reason was that I did not want to establish another further "pseudo" X(S)VCD-format.
KVCD already had a well working matrix, therefore I gave the MVCD-Community the right to use my matrix.
..and naturally the popularity led to a substantially faster spreading, as if we would have created a new name
That does not mean, that we will not also create our own projects in the future(if needed).
..but, we are here in the kvcd Forum, so I do not want to promote my and Incs work to much here..
