Tmd Movies

hi, i usually get tmd version of movies and i was wandering:

to convert the tmd movie using tmpgenc, the size = 352x240 , what would be the best settings in tmpgenc to do this ? also to get the filesize of the movie about the same as original, but better quality? any suggestions?
