Howdy -
Since my Son, Mitchel has turned out so well and successful, several of my friends have been asking what secrets if any that we may have used in his up-bringing. Mostly it was the Lord' s help and grace, but there were a few unique techniques that seemed to help. Following is one that we found that seemed to really help:
Instead of spanking, which only seemed to cause animosity, we would just take him for a little car ride and a talk. He would invariably come back all calmed-down and much more reasonable. Maybe some of your kids and grandkids would find this technique helpful.
Attached is a picture that I have saved of one of these helpful rides, I think this is one of only 4 or 5 rides that were needed to make him perfect!
