Don't be confused. I haven't nothing to say when a mod closes threads when it talks clearly of download copyrighted material. But meanwhile, when such a material don't be mentioned, I don't like any threatening or mistaken warning.

This is a very delicate matter.
We do not support illegal activity here at KVCD, and when someone draws the words "emule" or Kazaa" we go panic.
But that doesn't mean we have to get angry with each other.
Please, "work it out" as soon as possible

Thanks rds, I don't want to be angry with nobody here, but if somebody make me a remark, I need to reply him. This is not for controversy. Just talking between partners.
I needed post a special thread, because Dialhot closed the other one, where it remark me that what I quoted.

You posted it here because you WANTED to have this in public. Don't tell other thing.

For the rest of your post let me just add this : I closed the thread ON PURPOSE. I'm skilled in moderating things since 10 years and rarely over react. The thread I closed need to be closed. The one I removed need to be removed. And the comment I add to your post was just a reminder about that. Nothing else.

For sure it's not pleasant to have a post removed. I should have just closed it (but the result for its author would have been the same, no ?).

It's really boring to have to justify every post I do here, whatever it is (moderating, helping or simply joking).

Now, end of this "discussion" please. My private box is opened.

NOTE: I didn't closed the thread you are mentioning ! Kwag did !

for who don't know,let me post my explanations:
mabhz have problems and call me on telefone....yes,he is turning my friend!
after one of his thread was closed and another in portuguese forum was deleted,he call me again asking me why Phil did that.
then i search the forum for his posts(we still on telephoone) and that was my observations to mabhz:
you posted the same problems in 3 differents threads...don't needed that.
(exact what Phil posted showing that error)
you posted about download movies that no matter if you have the original vhs or dvd it still ilegal and the forum don't give support for downloaded movies.THIS IS ILLEGAL (again exact like Phil posted showing that error).

then i give my explanations for mabhz:
i don't encode divx and/or avis and i don't download it,for this reason i can't give you a good help,i don't have this type of problems but post in the forum cos many people had problems like you and can help you more than i but call me if you have any pronlems using dvds sources.

like i wrote thousands times here,i'm doing again:

i don't download movies from internet

see that i don't ask anything about divx in any thread in kvcd forum and in any other forum around the world.

i really don't have divx and never download it...and the "worse": i don't like it!!

now i'm reading that:

Phil was and still right about that. his position is correct!
if Kwag or Phil don't did that ,I WILL CLOSE ALL THREADS after i remove my doubts about that downloads!
and the threads from my friend that live at 30 kilometers from my house and born in the same city that i was born and he STILL MY FRIEND!!!!

I think you made a good point there: we keep supporting AVI

KVCD but we cannot allow "illegal activities" such as postings related to downloaded movies.
If it had been my friend I would be thinking the same as Jorel: you posted 3 times the same thing

If it was Phil or Karl or anybody else who did it, it really doesn't matter because it had to be done.
Now, I think Phil and Pro already had time to straighten things between the two of them

and we can forget about this issue.
And we will support mabhz, of course, but he must promisse not to talk about downloaded movies or anything related

The funnier in all that is that nobody seems to see that I closed one thead, deleted the other one taht was just a cross post but I answered to the last one
