What do you feel is the best CD/DVD burners?

Do you know if LiteOn is a good one? I hear that it is a really good burner. Plextor sounds pretty good as well. I haven't looked at either of them yet, but for near future references, I was just seeing what others had to say about some other cd burners before going out shopping for a new one. Since mine won't burn more then 745 megs with overburn on! And also it won't recoginize cd-rw's anymore. I don't know if it was from overburning my cd-rw's or what, but since I did that a few times, now it doesn't even recoginize cd-rw's It trys to for a few seconds then the light just flashes yellow. And it doesn't show anything under my computer/windows explorer. :(

Get a Plextor. It's probably the best drive.
You won't regret it!.
Don't get a Yamaha!, I've heard horror stories from friends that had them.

DON'T BUY A YAMAHA!! unless you're talkin' about a jet-ski or a motorcycle!

my Yamaha cdrw died after 1 year- I called the Yamaha company and they said they could give me $50 credit towards another overpriced Yamaha burner (so basically I'm fu**ed)

My $300 Yamaha cd burner lasted ONE year!

I go with Sony products usually because my Sony disc-man has lasted forever (about 10 years) and I never get "disc error" messages.
