KVCD Works great on Philips 707

I`m using new KVCDx3, Mpeg2 in 528x480. But the image on TV is cut on the righ. I think that template in 480x480 works great in my Philips 707.

My star file is a .avi file with 640x272, and use a VirtualDub to instert subtitles and resive to 528x480, after I encode it with tmpgenc.

In computer the movie image(not in entire movie) has some blocks, but when I play it on dvd this is not apear.
