I was wondering what would incease my file size more:
a low bit rate at 800 or 29 fps
Just woundering because my Panasonic DVD-RV26 seems to play movies more smoother when I increase the low bit rate from 300 to 800 or change the fps to 29 (Has anyone else with this player noticed this)? If I change one of the two, is the best why to decease file size to get it to fit on one cd to change the cq value? I use the ntsc templetes if you need to know that, and I use different templetes for different movies. But the main templetes I use the most is kvcd,kvcdX2,and the kvcd Plus. If you need any more info let me know. Any help would be great.
