Help! SD70161SXl, "Progressive Scan On" and Black

I have one of this DVD player and i accidentally put "Progressive Scan On" (and my tv dind't support this) and the screen went black.

Now i can't even see the menu system to turn it "OFF". i unplugged it for 5 minutes, and plugged it back in..still black. Can't play anything ..nothin. the sound comes, but no img.

Any ideas what he can do to reset it or get out of Progressive mode if he can't see a menu screen?

my player originlly dind't support "progressive scan" but with sd4900 codes its works!

Thanks!

nobody knows the label of your player cos you don't post it and in portuguese forum post that the manual don't have informations about it AND don't have a free telephone number to call for support.

 this is impossible :!:

don't double posts.
