KVCD: Pioneer 444 and LBR Template?

With my pioneer 444 I set min bitrate to 650 and I can use all templates (for kvcd3 is important to change res. to 544x576 - thanks to all the posts I read!).
Well, now I'm interesting in using the LBR template, but with that higher min bitrate i cannot obtain with long movies a file size to fit it on one CD... All prediction sizes are larger then 800 MB (with audio).
There is no solution? Is there someone with my player that solved this problem?
