Portable dvd player recommendations?

Does anyone have any experience
with portable dvd players that can handle
the kvcd format. I use the LBR almost
exclusively, and am looking to find a portable to
use during my commute to work. Consequently I'm
looking for a model with a screen, but I'd also like to
find one that won't break the bank either. :)

I haven't seen many reports in the dvd forum of this
website, so I thought I'd throw the question out there.

Hi Jeff,

Almost every Panasonic portable will play the LBR. My wife bought me a DVD-L10 for christmas over 2 years ago. It plays every KVCD template, and it also plays SVCD's, even though it's not in the specifications. So go to your local video store, and take along some KVCD's to test. That's your best choice.
