Panasonic Sa-Dm3 - How to Make Region Free?

Can somebody help me unlocking the regions on my dvd player?
I recently bought this one that is only region 2, but i have some dvd's from region 1, and i like to see them again

If you can't unlock it you can always back up the discs as KVCDs .

I don't think you can unlock regions in Panasonic players with a remote. You need a hardware modification (I guess they change the firmware).

There are lots of shops that offer these mods, but be aware that it will void your warranty.

Also, some "unlocked" players have problems (skipping, freezing) with RCE discs, like A.I., LOTR, etc.
