I've noticed that on my Sharp DV-740H standalone the final 2-3s of every
clip is not played back. Its not a problem on movies but for menus, intros,
links and the like it is!

I've tried adding extra blank seconds to the end of clips with not much
effect. I wonder if its related to the VBV size - perhaps the player just
stops playing when the stream runs out, even if there is 100+kb of video
still in the buffer ?

The clips play back perfectly in media player and the complete VCDs
work in software DVD players.

Has anyone else seen this behaviour? Any solutions?

Thanks,
/Girv
