KVCD: Playback pauses on dvd player?

i used red m's guide to make a kvcd of heartbreaker but when i play it back on my philips 612 dvd it pauses for 2-3 seconds and then jumps back a frame. It only does this every 10 mins or so. I burnt it at 4x using nero.
I'm new to this so please help.
Thanks in advance.

try one of this two tips:

first ,burn with vcdeasy!

if don't work,
encode with min bitrate to 800 .

it will work.

i don't know what template you use... :?
try to burn as svcd.maybe works!
try 800 min bitrate.

did you burn the "compatibility test"?
read, download and burn in a cdrw:

http://www.kvcd.net/forum/viewtopic....25372affaf815a

you will find what template works in your player!

According to VCDHELP there are known problems with Philips DVD 612 and playing SVCD's.

The Solution is to play standard VCD's or update the firmware...

Here is an update page
