KVCD on Philips 743
 
I checked my philips 743 for KVCD compatibility. The results are quite good, better than I was expecting.

Working :D :

352x240/288
352x480/576

480x480/576 -> mpeg1/mpeg2 muxed as SVCD
544x480/576 -> mpeg1/mpeg2 muxed as SVCD

704x480/576 ->mpeg1/mpeg2 muxed as SVCD

Not working :( :

720x480/576 -> picture skips

I didn't try muxing hi-res mpeg1 stream as VCD (I read that it is better to mux as SVCD, that's why I didn't try).
