Eu dei uma lida rapida no readme.pdf e nao encontrei nenhum arquivo ou programa que possa estar faltando ... O que será que pode estar faltando ?

Eu não sei o q pode estar causando isso, mas a última vez que eu tentei usar o DIKO no Windows 98 a parte de linha de comando nem abriu... Tb não sei se o QuEnc funciona no Win98. :? Pq vc não atualiza pra Win2000 ou XP? Vale a pena. :wink:

Será que eu nao tenho que copiar algum programa que libere este tal "Runtime Library C++" ?
